Oscar Pistorius "Blade Runner" is a South African Paralympic Runner,who is also a double-leg amputee.He runs with carbon fiber artificial limbs as both his legs were amputated when he was a baby after being born without fibula's in both legs, due to a congenital condition.  (11.22.1986)
